About Our Handcrafted Items:
Each item on the Ruth Beattie website is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique, and may have slight variations from piece to piece. Please accept this as one of the beautiful features of owning a special piece from Ruth Beattie. Also, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability.
Every effort has been made to display accurate colors in the photographs on this website, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, we can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you and your gift recipient to be thrilled with your Ruth Beattie purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@ruthbeattie.com and we will arrange to exchange your purchase.
- Within 15 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange your gift for another item available at Ruth Beattie, or for a merchandise credit. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable.
- Please email us at info@ruthbeattie.com BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email as soon as possible. We will not process items without an RMA number.
- Merchandise must be in the original condition.
- Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. We will not process any return items in envelopes, even padded envelopes . We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping.
Once we receive your package, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item, and how to use your merchandise credit.

Delivery & Shipping for Your Gift:
All orders of $100 or more are shipped courtesy of RuthBeattie.com within the United States via USPS Priority Mail!
Each and every item at Ruth Beattie is handcrafted. To allow for the preparation of your special piece, please note that orders received prior to 5PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within two to three business days. Some items may require a longer lead time (such as custom jewelry), and generally these items are noted on the website. Please also allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via USPS. At the moment, we ship only to addresses in the United States.

Rush Orders:
Ruth Beattie can offer rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at info@ruthbeattie.com to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery and for the additional cost to your location. Please note however: we may require up one to two business days for the preparation of your order. At the moment, we ship only to addresses in the United States.

Using a Promotional Code:
Promotion codes offer you discounts on purchases or shipping. If you have a code, you will need to input the code into the Promotion Code box during the checkout. You will see the amount of the deduction on the order form.

Sales Tax:
Ruth Beattie charges sales tax to all orders shipped within New York.
Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
